Care guide for our backpacks

Thank you for choosing a product from Creyones. We bring you some advice and tips to keep your backpack fit. Our backpacks are made of carefully selected materials, but you still need to take care of them and use them correctly. They are not intended for extreme conditions, both weather and utility, so do not overload the backpacks or expose them to extreme weather conditions. They are also not intended for carrying sharp objects, it may damage, pierce or cut the materials.

Use the backpacks and their accessories sensibly, do not exert brute force on them. (If the zipper slider is stuck, or the buckle cannot be released/fastened, make sure that there is no obstacle preventing its use. If so, remove the obstacle first.) Pay special attention to plastic parts, for example, to avoid stepping on them or other possible damage. Additionally, take proper care of the backpack by cleaning and ventilating it regularly.

Do not wash the backpack in the washing machine! If you want to clean it, first remove all the contents and shake the backpack gently. You can then clean the backpack using warm water and mild soap. Clean the zippers and buckles with a soft brush and rinse with warm water and a fibre cloth. Leave the backpack to dry, preferably hanging outside or in a well-ventilated place. Do not dry in the dryer or in direct sunlight! Do not iron. Store the backpack in a dry and well-ventilated place.
